Ligia, our founder, began her journey in Brazil and continued it in the United States with a mission: to create a space where people could experience elevated treatments, genuine connection, and transformative results.

She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician, with advanced certifications in:

• Lymphatic Drainage through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS)

• Sculptural Face Lifting (SFL) — also known as the buccal facial technique — trained directly by its creator, Yakov Gershkovich

Her years of experience in luxury spas in Boston and Miami helped her refine both her technique and her client-centered philosophy.

In 2022, Ligia was honored to continue the legacy of Tereza Maria Pupeza, a celebrated esthetician whose work touched countless clients. Today, Ligia brings that same dedication, compassion, and expertise to Studio L, offering highly personalized treatments that honor each client’s unique journey.
