Studio L Body&Face Spa Policy
The following Spa Policies are intended to enhance your experience with us.
BOOKING
We want you to have the best experience with us, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Studio L Spa offers the convenience of secure online booking from any computer or mobile device.
LATENESS
We understand unexpected things may come up and being late sometimes can happen. If that is the case we kindly ask you to give us a call or send a text message if you will be running late.
CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
Through our booking system you are going to be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more the 24 hours prior your reservation with no fee applied.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to be charged a 50% fee of the total services booked. No shows or last minute cancellations are subject to a 100% charge of the total amount of the services booked. Please understand that when an appointment is changed without giving sufficient notice, our professionals miss that opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payments in the form of Cash, Credit/ Debit Card, Apple Pay, or a valid Gift Certificate. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted. We do not accept Personal Checks.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in services. You are going to able to add the gratuity during your check out paying with your preferred credit or debit card, but cash or Venmo are preferred for gratuity. We appreciate your cooperation and generosity. Gift certificates can not be used for gratuity.
REFUNDS
All services, sales and gift cards purchases are final. Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
ARRIVALS
In order to have the best experience, we invite clients to arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure, there is plenty of time to check in, fill it out Intake Form, and use the bathroom.
SICK POLICY
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are not feeling well (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. Receiving a service when you are sick is not advised. While in the early and acute stages of a cold, the flu or other illness, a massage, for example, can accelerate the onset of the infection and intensify its severity. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you are feeling better.
This is for your well being as well as the health of our practioners and other clients.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
When making any appointments or before your service, please let us know if you are pregnant, have any health conditions, special needs, allergies or injuries, if you are under physician care for any reason, medications that you are taking, etc). This will help us to customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To honor our quiet Spa atmosphere, as well as the relaxation of other guests, we ask to please use quiet voices in the Spa. Please refrain from the use of cell phones, and turn the vibrate prior to entering the Spa. We want you to enjoy your time, and experience the fullest benefits of the service you choose.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
As licensed professionals, we follow strict code of ethics. It is very important that a safe environment is maintained for our team and our clients. We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. This includes but not limited to the usage of drugs, alcohol, sexual comments or any behavior that we feel is inappropriate.
PET POLICY
Here, we LOVE Pets, WE REALLY DO, but unfortunately no animals are allowed in our Spa out of respect for clients with allergies. Service dogs with official "Service Animal" vests are the only exception to this rule.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICT
Studio L Body&Face Spa reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
